Ho itokisetsa Vegan ea Paseka

 

Tsokolate Easter mahe a nang le peanut butter 

 

- kopi ea 3/4 ea peanut butter ea tlhaho e se nang tsoekere

- 1 tsp tlhahiso ea vanilla

- 1/2 tsp stevia ea metsi 

- kopi e le 'ngoe ea chokolete chips (haholo-holo chokolete ntle le tsoekere e eketsehileng)

- 2 st. l. kokonate oli 

1. Qhibiliha kokonate le peanut butter, ebe u kopanya ka botlalo. 2. Kopanya vanilla extract le stevia. 3. Tšela motsoako ka har'a liforomo tse bōpehileng joaloka lehe 'me u li kenye ka sehatsetsing hora. 4. Tlosa ho liforomo, u li jale ka pampiri ea letlalo. 5. Ho roala, qhibiliha oli ea kokonate le tsokolate chips, hlohlelletsa ho fihlela e boreleli. 6. Tšela motsoako o hlahisoang ka har'a hlobo ho fihlela halofo. 7. Joale qoelisa mahe a leqhoa a peanut butter ka har'a tsokolate ho fihlela e a koahela ka ho feletseng.

8. Kenya ka sehatsetsing, ema ho fihlela e thatafala.

Paseka ea Tofu e nang le Raisins le Candied Zest 

- 200 ml ea tranelate ea meroho (kapa lebese la soya, ho latela maemo a lakatsehang)

- 300 dikgerama tsa linaoa curd / tofu

- 3 tbsp. l. margarine ea meroho / jala

- 2 tbsp. l. likhaba tsa tsoekere ea 'moba

- 100 g lialmonde, li halikiloe le ho khangoa

- ligrama tse 100 tsa zest kapa litholoana tse halikiloeng

- 50 dikgerama tsa morara o omisitsoeng

- lekhapetla la grated la 1 lamunu

- 3 tbsp. l. lero la lemone

- 2 tsp vanilla tsoekere

 

1. Hlakola linaoa curd / tofu, tranelate le botoro ho fihlela boreleli.

2. Kenya lisebelisoa tse setseng 'me u kopanye ka botlalo

- likopi tse 2,5 tsa phofo

- 20 g tomoso e ncha

– pinch ea letsoai

- 2 tsp mokelikeli oa vanila kapa 1 ea peo ea vanila

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons meroho kapa kokonate oli  

- 220 g ea tsoekere e phofshoana

- 2 tbsp lero la lamunu / lero la lemone

1. Pheha lihoete bakeng sa metsotso ea 20-25, peel, khaola lilae le puree ka blender.

2. Hlakola tomoso ka lebese le futhumetseng

3. Beha sirapo ea 'mapole, vanilla extract, lebese la tomoso ka sekotlolo sa mixer' me u kopanye hantle.

4. Eketsa puree ea rantipole ho motsoako ona 'me u khumamele hlama, butle-butle u eketsa phofo

5. Eketsa oli le letsoai qetellong

6. Hlama ka ho feletseng hlama ho fihlela e boreleli, e behe ka sekotlolo, e koahele ka filimi ea lijo 'me u behe sebakeng se mofuthu bakeng sa lihora tse 1-1.5.

7. Kopanya liforomo ka letlalo 'me u ala hlama ho tsona; koahela ka thaole 'me u behe hape bakeng sa bopaki bakeng sa metsotso e 30-40 (hlama e lokela ho habeli ka boholo)

8. Bake likuku tsa Paseka ka ontong e futhumetseng ho 180C bakeng sa metsotso e 30-35.
